Using customer feedback as a guide and putting usability at the forefront every step of the way, our technical and design team have created a new and improved Mobile Verification that we are sure our customers will love.

What changes have been made?

 

Our customers are now in full control

In the past our customers have always used Mobile Verification through an account manager at Liquid11. Whilst this option is still available for anyone who would rather have that personal touch, we have created a new system that will allow our customers to be in full control over their accounts via our online control panel.

This new way of being able to control your credits, upload and clean your data as well as a myriad of other options via our online control panel will:

  • Remove any time constraints that may have affected you in the past. You will no longer be limited to working within normal office opening hours (09:00 – 17:30, Monday – Friday) as now you can have full control over your account 24/7 with all changes being made in real-time.
  • Allow you to work at your pace and push through your data when and where you need it. Though our account managers work as quickly as they can, we work on a first come first serve basis so there are inevitably small delays from time to time. With the new service it is simple, no fuss and no waiting.
  • Take advantage of our web only bundles and prices as well as get a number of special offers that will often be updated on the site.

 

The ability to set auto top-ups

One of the key elements of all successful businesses is meeting your deadlines no matter what the reason. With that in mind we have developed our auto top-up system for credits on Mobile Verification. This means that if you run out of credits half way through a clean you will not have to wait until you notice that the clean has stopped in order to buy more credits and get it started again; instead the system will automatically top up your account by the amount that you have selected when your credits are running low.

By setting up an auto top-up agreement you will ensure that your experience will always be uninterrupted and your data will always be ready and waiting when you need it most.

 

Bulk uploads option now available online

In the past people who wanted to use Mobile Verification to clean their data in bulk would have had to use our API. Though we have made our API as easy to use as possible we recognise that it is not always convenient or feasible for all of our clients to be able to take advantage of this option.

So in the new Mobile Verification we are introducing a new Bulk Uploads tool. With this tool you can simply upload your data directly to the website and after going through a very short and simple wizard you can start cleaning multiple records in no time at all. Our system will keep you updated on the progress of your clean the entire time that it’s happening so that you know in real-time where you are in the process and once done it is a simple case of downloading your verified results and taking advantage of your improved data.

 

New easy set up for the API

For those customers who would still like to use our API then we have added something extra for you as well.

We have now created the ability for you to set up and test the API directly online. This simple setup process can be done in seconds and should make using our new and improved API hassle free.

 

TPS checking is now also available

Using our new service you will now be able to not only verify your mobile data but also take advantage of our TPS checking tool at the same time. All of this is controlled in exactly the same way using our new website control panel and with this option you can take yet more of the hassle out of cleaning your data and ensuring that you remain compliant with the latest data regulations.

 

Discount bundles are available via the website and will be updated often

We haven’t just made things easier for our customers but for our staff as well. Their new admin system now allows them to create custom bundles and discounts which means that they will be able to offer you discounts, custom bundles and a lot of special offers with much more regularity.

By using our new system you will always be able to take advantage of these offers with no fuss and as quickly as possible.

 

Mobile ready design

We recognise that sometimes your businesses can take you out of the office or maybe you need to keep working outside of office ours and when you aren’t near a computer. With the ever growing use of smartphones and tablets it has never been easier to take your business with you wherever you go.

With this in mind we have redesigned our website to work as well as possible on any device. This means that if you are out of the office and can’t get to a computer, you can still access our system at any time from your mobile phone or mobile device.

When can I start using the new system?

We are currently testing the site with some select few users to ensure that new release will be as bug free as possible. So far all the feedback coming back is positive and the launch date is now just a matter of days rather than weeks.
