As a ‘Contact Centre’ apprentice you would –

  • Deal with inbound calls in our call centre for its various and varied departments
  • Make outbound sales and marketing calls
  • Help look after SwitchboardFREE (business call management system)
  • Complete an NVQ Level 2 in Contact Centre Operations
  • Receive  full ‘on the job’ training  with the opportunity to work in a friendly and innovative team
  • Develop your skills and CV whilst earning some money!
